Fake marks start showing up at Gathers in the Fort region. Who’s responsible? Why is someone making marks and potentially causing inflation?

Turn 20

Month 4, Day 9 – W’ton passes a bad mark at the Spring Gather and is nearly arrested for it. Several Fortians vouch for him, but suspicions linger about the weyrling bronzerider and a search of the Gather is conducted, turning up more bad marks purportedly from the Beastcraft at several stalls. No arrests are made, though Steward Esraval organizes a sweep of the area.

Month 4, Day 27 – T’rev assigns W’ton and Rhodya to investigate the source of the fake marks and to determine the extent of their spread throughout the Fort region.

Month 10 – Counterfeit turns up at the Gar trading fair, the marks are fake glasscraft marks rather than beastcraft.
