The first point of contact for candidates OOCly, are their candidate coordinators.

OOC, candidate coordinators handle any questions candidates might have about candidacy or the search process, coordinate and aid in event ideas candidates may have.

The CC’s for this class are: Hattie, Ali and T’mitl

IC, candidates are the responsibility of the Weyrwomen and the Headwoman and her staff. They are responsible for seeing that candidates are ICly settled into the barracks, keeping track of their chore performances, enforcing rules and providing guidance to the candidate group.
